New booking T's & C's effective from 01/01/2019
On receipt of a non-refundable deposit we will book you in for a tattoo appointment with the artist agreed. This acts a contract between the artist and yourself.
If you wish to rearrange your appointment we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for all sessions that are not a full day sitting, in order for you to retain your deposit.
For a day session we require a minimum of 7 days notice, to rearrange your appointment in order for you to retain your deposit.
We can only reschedule appointments once, after that you will lose your deposit.
For Chantale we require a minimum 7 days notice to reschedule.
We will call you to confirm your appointment with Chantale the week before, and if we have to leave a voicemail please respond by either:

- Emailing (email@example.com)
- Texting (07933509619) to confirm your attendance
If we cannot confirm with you by any of these methods we will have to reschedule your appointment.
If you wish to cancel your appointment you will not receive your deposit back.
Should you fail to turn up for your appointment all further sittings at the studio will have to be paid for in full at the time of booking.
The hourly rate and/or price of the tattoo will have been agreed during the consultation process. If the tattoo changes from the initially agreed design/placement/size etc then additional charges maybe applicable if additional time is required.
Deposits can be made by cash at the studio or online on the website, the balance owed to be paid at the end of your appointment in full.
